Payments, Mileage, Tolls and Deposit
When it comes to making payments for your rental, we have a straightforward process in place. Here’s what you need to know:
- You pay 25% of the reservation when making the booking. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your rental.
- The remaining 75% is to be paid 14 days before your check-in date.
- In addition to the reservation amount, there is a deposit of 500 euros that needs to be paid 14 days before check-in.
- The deposit is only used, and not refunded, in the event of an incident where the vehicle has been damaged.
- Rest assured, the deposit covers any damages beyond 500 euros, as the insurance takes care of the rest.
- If there are no incidents during your rental, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days.
Tolls
During your rental, you may encounter toll roads. Here’s what you should know about tolls:
- There is a charge of 100 euros for tolls.
- This amount will be refunded after your check-out if there are any unused toll amounts.
- Please note that the toll refund process may take 2 to 4 weeks.
Mileage
We want you to have the freedom to explore during your rental. Here’s what you need to know about mileage:
- Each day of your rental includes 200 kilometres of mileage.
- You can use these kilometres at your convenience and distribute them throughout your stay.
- If you exceed the included mileage, there is a charge of 0.30 euros per kilometre.
