How does the insurance work?

Why do we have a deposit?
This security deposit covers small damages in the vehicle, small scratches on the van, wrong use of it, etc, and tries to foresee the incorrect use of the van.
We can not use insurance for small amounts of less than 500 euros. Basically what is intended is for the customer to take good care of the van.
