- Unified Deposit Amount:
- We charge a single deposit of 600 euros to all customers, regardless of their insurance choice. This eliminates the need to manage two different deposit amounts.
- For Customers Who Accept SCDW (10 euros/day):
- In case of a collision, a charge of up to 800 euros will be applied to their card, but never exceeding this amount.
- If no collision occurs, the deposit will be fully refunded, minus the insurance processing fees.
- For Customers Who Decline SCDW:
- In case of a collision, a charge of up to 1200 euros will be applied, with no case exceeding this amount.
- If no collision occurs, the deposit will be refunded, minus the insurance processing fees.
- Important Note on Processing Fees:
- In all cases, the client is responsible for any processing fees the insurance company generates (e.g., 2% or 4%, depending on the case). This means the deposit refund will always be the total amount minus these fees.
